Copper stocked products come in a #1 patina. Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process and ship out stock orders.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom designs and sizing is our specialty. We strive to bring each of your unique designs to life. A custom order form and a 50% deposit is required to place a custom order. Please note in advance that custom orders do have a 2-4 week lead time. Customer orders are final sale and can not be returned.
ORDERING FOR NATURAL GAS OR LIQUID PROPANE
All Natural Gas and Liquid Propane fire only and fire and water pots are made specific to what kind of ignition system is going to be used as far as manual or electronic start. Before an item can be processed, we must be notified what kind of system is going to be used. If you are still unsure what ignition system your project will be using, it is best to order the electronic ignition option, as it is constructed to be used for both manual and electronic ignition systems.
SHIPPING
Large orders are typically shipped freight. Smaller orders are shipped FedEx prepaid and collected at the time of your ordering. Please inspect all packaging and products for damage upon delivery. If your products have been damaged due to shipping, please keep original packaging and report such damage to Arizona Fire and Water, as well as the shipping carrier within 3 days. We reserve the right to select or substitute a comparable carrier/delivery service for your shipment without further notice.
RETURNS
Returns will only be accepted on stock items. Each item must be in perfect condition, in original boxes, and resalable. The customer must pay for the returned freight as well as a restocking fee of 40% within 15 days of the sale and no returns after 30 days. Obsolete, custom, discontinued or clearance items are FINAL SALE.
TERMS AND WARRANTY
A warranty is only valid to the original consumer of the product for up to 2 years after the purchase date. All Arizona Fire & Water products are warranted for structural integrity. This warrants all manufactured products from defects of material and craftsmanship only. During the products warranty period, Arizona Fire and Water will repair or replace the product at no cost provided no other matters have occurred. This includes issues due to weather, negligence, improper installation, use or care. Arizona Fire and Water’s All Season Electronic Ignition System is warranted for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after installation, whichever occurs first, for defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover improper installation. If a product is altered or repaired without expressed written consent by Arizona Fire and Water, all warranties will be voided. Because Arizona Fire and Water products are handcrafted: product dimensions, uniformity, and features may vary slightly from product to product. Products should be inspected for uniformity and dimensional conformance before instaling, mountinfm or putting into operation, Products deemed non-conforming after installation and/or operation are not covered unfer this warranty. All products containing water must be bonded/grounded properly or the warranty is void.
